Shipping, shipping and more shipping!

Hi Everyone! 

As always . . . hoping you and yours are all well and safe. 

Just wanted to give quick update on shipping and stuffs . . .

WAHOOOOOOO! LOTSA packages have been traveling out to everyone!   Attached are some photos of stacks of fun Herobear and the kid packages being packed and sent off.  USPS has been awesome in helping us getting these off smoothly and safely.

Now . . . we have over 500 packages to be sent for this Kickstarter,  sooooooo their taking just a wee little bit of time to get each packed  and shipped . . . AND in this time of the world, they're of course getting little delays here and there as they are getting off to their destinations.   BUT, everything is moving positively forward nicely and we are hoping to have nearly 200 shipped out total in the next week and a half.  We will make sure to keep you posted! 

Speaking of posted . . . as your package gets prepped to ship, you should receive a shipping notice with tracking. It may take a little bit for it to get into the system, but eventually you'll be able to track Herobear flying to your destination!  Also, some packages are split into two for prints and t-shirts.  We're trying to combine as many as possible, but some need to be split up.  They will all eventually get out to everyone!

Sharing the fun of Herobear and the kid!

Hey Everyone! 

Just a quick update on the packages . . . 

They are making they're way out of the Astonish Factory to everyone a little bit at a time.  Post Office is getting to know us even with our masks on.  :)   We're so excited to see these travel out to the world.  As you get your packages, if you want to share any fun photos of the book and stuff here are some links and hashtags to use if you'd like.  . .

Hey everyone,

Just a quick note . . . 

Our first batch of packages are heading out this week!!

WAHOOOOO!!!

So excited!!  We'll make sure everyone gets a notice that their package is on the way.  

Can't wait for these to start arriving!  Lots fun in each package.  I can't believe how much stuff we pulled together for this Kickstarter! Thank you ALL for being continually awesome!  :)

Prepping packages and stuffs

Hey Everyone! 

Thank you for the kind words.  So happy to bring some good news to you all about the books getting ready to ship!  We are starting to get them together now. 

With all the craziness, we have a couple updates on things . . .

1.  ADDRESSES . . .  IF your shipping address has changed recently and is different from your survey address, you can still change it on the survey on BackerKit.com. We will be locking those soon.   And, we ask that if you can,  could you also send us a direct message of any address changes here through Kickstarter (please use the messages and not the "comments" section).  Don't worry, we are also c going to be confirming every shipment directly with each of you juuuuust in case.  But this will help to double check things. :)

2. MULTIPLE PACKAGES . . . While we will make every effort to fit everything for everyone's different rewards all in one package or box to send out, there will be some rewards that may get shipped separately for packing reasons or timing. We will confirm that with each of you IF there are separate packages coming your way. 

3.  Story Projectors. . . unfortunately there just had to be one more donkey kong barrel thrown at us . . . we've had a lot of trouble getting these because of the state of world.   The minimum orders have ridiculously skyrocketed or have been halted all-together, and simply just getting them now is something we can't get easily through our planned companies we were working with. We're working on a solution, but these maaaay have to come a little bit later.   We will reach out to each of you that ordered one to confirm with you the status of that particular extra item.   We are soooo very sorry for this.   But it is completely out of our hands right now.  Thank you so much for understanding. 

4.  Commissions . . .  IF you have a commission reward, please send us a direct message here through Kickstarter(again, please use the messages and not the "comments" section). We'll reach out to you as well to confirm and get that going schedule-wise.  

5. EXCITED? . . . Did we say how EXCITED we are to share this Kickstarter  with you all?!!  Thank you for your awesome patience and we so hope you enjoy the rewards.  We can't wait to get these all into your hands and hope they bring lotsa joy to you all.  

Attached is the bookplate that will be coming with each Herobear and the kid HERITAGE book.   The quote by Mister Rogers seemed to fit perfectly for the theme of Herobear.  "Anyone who does anything to help a child in his life is a hero."  :)

Hey everyone,

First off . . . We hope that all of you are safe and healthy and doing well during this time of the world. We wish you the best. 

Second . . . we have some good news. :) 

Books and Packages are starting to be put together and we're going to begin shipping out the Herobear and the Kid HERITAGE Book!!  In the craziness of this time, it will be a slow process, but we are so excited to get these beautiful books out to you all!!  Attached here is sneak peak at a box o' books.  Enjoy!
